Manager Admin & Security (Ex-Army Officer)
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our administration and security operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, proven crisis management experience, and the ability to lead security teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Retired Pakistan Army Officer (Infantry or Armoured Corps).
Experience & Skills
- Total Experience: Minimum 16–20 years in administration and security management.
- Industry Provenance: Extensive experience in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate security operations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of facility management, crisis management, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership: Proven track record leading security teams, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and coordinating with law enforcement and government agencies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Assistant Manager (AM) – Sustainability
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our sustainability department. This role is vital for ensuring our operations meet local regulations and global customer sustainability standards, including GHG accounting and Digital Product Passport (DPP) implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Total Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance and sustainability, specifically within the textile industry.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Plant Operations: Manage compliance activities and support the operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Recycling Plant.
- Chemical Management: Implement Chemical Management Systems and ensure compliance with MRSL/RSL, ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, and specific customer chemical requirements.
- Customer Portals: Manage customer sustainability/compliance portals (e.g., H&M, Inditex) and support EcoVadis assessments.
- Reporting & Carbon Footprint: Prepare sustainability reports in accordance with GRI Standards and IFRS S1 & IFRS S2; assist in GHG emissions accounting, carbon footprint calculations, and climate-related reporting.
- Innovation: Support the implementation of Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements and other new sustainability initiatives.
