SaaS Platform Administrator

About the role

Oakland County is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the platform's reliability, security, integration, and performance
• Provide advanced user support and drive enhancements across departments
• Manage users and permissions
• Maintain reports
• Build flows and support integrations with external systems
• Troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Experience working within county or local government environments (highly desirable)
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integration methods
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• The ability to guide users through training and best practices

Qualifications

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant preferred)
