About the role
Oakland County is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the platform's reliability, security, integration, and performance
- Provide advanced user support and drive enhancements across departments
- Manage users and permissions
- Maintain reports
- Build flows and support integrations with external systems
- Troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations
- Strong analytical and communication abilities to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience working within county or local government environments (highly desirable)
- Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integration methods
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- The ability to guide users through training and best practices
Qualifications
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant preferred)
