About the role

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth and revenue generation for a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including outbound prospecting, networking, events, referrals, and digital campaigns
  • Engage with prospects at trade shows, conferences, product launches, webinars, and customer meetings
  • Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Execute event-related lead generation activities, including booth management, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up
  • Conduct webinars, product awareness sessions, and virtual presentations to generate interest and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth
  • Travel as required to customer locations, industry events, and business meetings
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, social selling, and other communication channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS sales, business development, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, activities, and pipeline reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR Technology, EdTech, Enterprise Software, or related SaaS products
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM ecosystems
  • Experience conducting webinars, product demonstrations, and virtual sales presentations
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and lead generation targets
