About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving BuzzTechMedia’s growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our digital and virtual assistance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries and markets
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM and data tools
- Conduct outreach through email, social media, and professional platforms to generate interest
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for sales opportunities
- Continuously optimize lead-generation strategies for better performance and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
- Lead generation, business development, or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and online prospecting tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic about connecting with people and helping businesses find value in digital solutions
