What You'll Do
- Identify and develop referral sources in the community
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, social workers, and local organizations
- Generate qualified leads that become long-term clients
- Generate qualified leads that become long-term employees
- Attend networking events and community outreach activities
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Track activities and opportunities in our CRM

- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, sales, marketing, or business development is a plus

A Typical Day Might Include
- Meeting with a hospital discharge planner in the morning
- Attending a job fair or networking with a senior center director at lunch
- Following up with referral partners in the afternoon
- Ending the day knowing you've helped a family take the first step toward getting the care they need
