Responsibilities
- Reconcile lead generation with CRM systems, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning workflows.
- Coordinate documentation and status tracking for the Travel Experts UK role, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review lead follow-up with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain transparency and accountability in lead generation activities.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$66,000 per year.
