Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist researches, identifies, organizes, tracks and reports leads as they move through the sales cycle. This expert captures new prospects through a variety of focused and campaign-driven methods, qualifies them and manages and inputs them into CRM and other automation tools to generate hot leads.

Primary Job Functions

  • Prospect sales leads through relevant channels such as but not limited to cold prospecting, database marketing, ABM and the use of industry tools such as Construct Connect, Dodge Report etc.
  • Qualify incoming leads to determine placement in the marketing funnel.
  • Aid in the development of content for inbound lead channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing group to develop targeted Lead Gen campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Manage leads in the pipeline to the point of channel handoff.
  • Work with Sales Leaders and Distributor Partners to see leads to closure, capturing final disposition.
  • Oversee and develop the Heavy Duty focused Architecture, Engineering and Construction Community (AEC) lead generation program including lunch & learns, campaigns, trade shows and customer events.

Secondary Job Functions

  • Support other targeted lead generation events such as national trade shows and regional “road show” events.
  • Provide support as needed to Partner Marketing roles as it relates to Program Distributor and OEM marketing efforts.

Overall Qualifications – Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer-focused field.
  • CRM experience preferably with Salesforce.
  • Strong task management and planning capability.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build strong relationships with other channel managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks and ability to hold others accountable for timelines.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
