Lead Generation Specialist
Overview
Our client, Incite Tax, is seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign execution, and digital outreach. This role owns the lead generation engine — managing webinar events, podcast outreach pipelines, and high-volume outreach campaigns that directly fuel client acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Own and execute the core lead generation campaigns, including webinar events, podcast outreach, and daily outreach touchpoints.
- Webinar Management: Plan, promote, and execute webinar events end-to-end — landing pages, registration, follow-up sequences, and attendance tracking.
- Podcast Outreach: Manage the podcast pitch pipeline. Research opportunities, send pitches, coordinate bookings, and track progress.
- Content & Graphics: Create graphics and visual assets to support lead generation campaigns, webinar promotions, and marketing collateral across all brands.
- Campaign Support: Assist with website and landing page creation, optimization, and various campaign objectives.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track and report lead volume from every owned channel weekly; maintain the lead generation calendar to keep campaigns coordinated and sequenced.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify new lead generation channels, test new approaches, and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Experience running or supporting webinars, events, or live campaigns.
- Comfortable managing high-volume outreach and tracking results.
- Strong written communication skills — able to write pitches, copy, and follow-up sequences.
- Able to create basic graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-directed — you identify what needs to be done and do it.
- Familiar with G Suite and basic marketing or CRM tools.
- A team player who appreciates a lighthearted culture (dad jokes welcome).
