S&TI Analyst
About the role
The Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) Analyst will provide analysis, enhancement, and sustainment for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center's mission to analyze and produce predictive intelligence on foreign fighter and bomber aircraft, cruise missiles, UAS/UAVs, air-to-air missiles, and surface-to-air missiles. This analytic effort also includes aircraft and missile systems' associated subsystems, technologies, and supply chain analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Intelligence Community (IC) and various industry partners, both domestic and international
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, leadership, subject matter experts, government Primary Intelligence Analysts, and team members
- Conduct the intelligence analysis process: discovery, analysis, compile data, assess the performance, characteristics, capabilities, and vulnerabilities of weapon systems
- Deliver authoritative intelligence reports read by US warfighters, the acquisition community, and policy makers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of relevant intelligence and analysis experience
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver clear written and verbal presentations and contribute to formal products
- Proven ability to develop innovative and practical solutions aligned with organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Familiarity with air-to-air, air-to-surface, and cruise missile platforms
- Experience in specialized intelligence analysis and familiar with Intelligence Community standards for report writing and production
- Background working with NASIC

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $103,000 to $141,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
