S&OP Program Manager - Global Transformation
About the role
Micca is transforming its supply chain planning and S&OP processes to enhance business and supply chain operations. Challenges include poor data connectivity, low function-wide engagement, and lengthy plan creation times. A Program Manager is needed to coordinate multiple S&OP initiatives, manage project strategies, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and delivery of multiple S&OP initiatives
- Initiate, plan, control, monitor, execute, and close projects linked to contracted deliveries
- Build project strategies for assigned projects using agile or waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate creativity, help team members work together, remove impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, foster team empowerment and entrepreneurship, and enable the team to complete tasks on time at a high level of quality
- Manage risks, adjust schedules and tasks to meet committed timelines, and lead projects
Requirements
- Experience in managing teams, especially in major projects and programs
- Proven ability to drive improvements using Agile and traditional methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing upward with senior leadership
- Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and familiarity with digital trends and innovation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and program delivery within financial and resource constraints
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project, and adaptability to changing priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years managing teams
- Leadership and project management expertise, including experience with Agile and traditional methodologies
- Proven ability to drive improvements using both Agile and traditional methodologies
- PMP and CSM/SAFe certifications are a plus
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing upward with senior leadership
- Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and familiarity with digital trends and innovation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and program delivery within financial and resource constraints
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project, and adaptability to changing priorities
