RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Clinical Director of Gastroenterology at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategy, and accountability for gastroenterology providers across the Ocean County market.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain the highest clinical standards.
• Oversee provider productivity, quality assurance, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with service line and hospital leadership to recruit and retain top gastroenterology talent.
• Participate in the education and mentorship of fellows, providers, and staff.
• Promote the digestive health service line both internally and externally.
• Serve on hospital committees and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship trained in Gastroenterology.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in gastroenterology with demonstrated leadership success.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $300,000 to $755,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
