We work with Nonprofits to understand their mission and leverage the power of the Salesforce platform to drive value. The Nonprofit teams report into the Global Public Sector team.
Job Description
- Lead a team of Account Executives selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across nonprofit segments.
- Formulate and implement a strategy to increase business growth.
- Work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR.
- Drive team performance and sales towards achieving individual team and organizational quotas.
- Align with the sales strategy to define and implement plans for assigned accounts.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $208,150 - $278,450 annually. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $229,000 - $306,250 per year.
