RVP, Health Systems Sales

For our client, we are seeking a RVP, Health Systems Sales to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This remote leadership role is focused on driving enterprise growth within the health systems market, with a particular emphasis on complex sales cycles and relationship development. The position will own pipeline creation and deal progression across the northeastern U.S., partnering closely with internal stakeholders to move opportunities from first conversation through close. It also requires close collaboration with legal and product teams to support contract execution and incorporate market feedback into broader strategy. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain a pipeline of health systems clients in the northeastern U.S. Independently drive sales from initial contact to closure. Collaborate with legal teams on contract negotiations and finalization. Provide customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, along with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Proven history in enterprise sales, particularly with large, complex deals. Deep understanding of the U.S. health systems landscape. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong project management, organization, and communication abilities.
