We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, EEO, legal, application instructions, duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The paragraph after "Why surf the wave with roadsurfer?" includes description of culture, mission, role as Station Manager, captain of ship, day-to-day operations, leading team, fleet, customer, data-driven. That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:" with subheadings Station & Operations Management, Performance & Quality Management, Team Leadership & Workforce Planning, Fleet Management, Customer Service. Also includes note about non-peak season support. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The section "What you need to surf the wave with us" includes core values, high school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly desired; 3+ years relevant experience; data-driven mindset; intermediate to advanced knowledge of OSHA, MS Office, wage & hour labor laws; experience leading teams; resilient problem solving; organized; bachelor's degree strongly preferred (duplicate); strong written/verbal English; authorized to work in US; must be 21+ with valid in-state driver's license and clean record; must complete OSHA certifications within 90 days; open availability weekends/holidays; must present clear motor vehicle record and pass background check. - Benefits: "What we offer:" list: Competitive salary and Healthcare Reimbursement; Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company; A collaborative and supportive work environment; Opportunities for career advancement; Annual Camper Rental Allowance; Matching 401k; Telehealth & Teletherapy; PTO & Sick leave accrued as you work. - Pay: "Status: Full Time- Hourly Non Exempt Pay Band: $27-$29". Also maybe location. - Schedule: Not explicitly given, but "Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs." That's schedule info. Also "Full Time- Hourly Non Exempt". So schedule can be derived: full-time, hourly, weekends/holidays as needed. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications separate? But we can combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions (like "Ready to surf? We look forward to receiving your application! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at TeamUSA@roadsurfer.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible." Also "ABOUT #ROADSURFER" etc. Also "roadsurfer cannot offer sponsorship for this position." That's maybe part of requirements but it's about sponsorship not available; we can keep as part of requirements (must be authorized to work in US; sponsorship not available). That's substantive. We also need to remove duplicated lines: e.g., bachelor's degree appears twice; we can keep once. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "Competitive salary and Healthcare Reimbursement", "Annual Camper Rental Allowance", "Matching 401k", "Telehealth & Teletherapy", "PTO & Sick leave accrued as you work". Also "Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs." Also "Must complete OSHA certifications within 90 days of hire." Also "Must be 21+ with a valid in state driver's license and clean driving record." Also "Must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check." Also "Status: Full Time- Hourly Non Exempt Pay Band: $27-$29". Also location Las Vegas. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

... (prose)

Responsibilities

  • Station & Operations Management: Autonomously lead and establish station operations, collaborating closely with headquarters to manage day-to-day activities on-site. Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas to improve vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation. Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing optimization across all roadsurfer locations.
  • Performance & Quality Management: Own your station's Service Quality Score (SQS) — roadsurfer's core KPI that measures customer experience through post-rental surveys. Monitor and act on the two pillars of SQS: Fleet Care Quality (van cleanliness and technical condition) and Customer Care Quality (staff friendliness and pickup wait times). Analyze performance data and trends to identify gaps and implement strategies to get — and stay — above target.
  • Team Leadership & Workforce Planning: Motivate and guide your on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control. Manage a team structure with both Core Team members (year-round) and a Flex Team (seasonal) brought on during peak season to support high-demand periods. Build staffing plans that balance full operational coverage with cost efficiency and service quality — you'll need to think like both a people leader and a budget owner. Source and recruit the right talent to build and maintain a high-performing station team.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners. Ensure every van leaving the lot meets roadsurfer's standards — because the fleet is the product.
  • Customer Service: Advise customers on our campers and deliver a friendly, efficient check-in and check-out experience. Send every customer out as a happy roadsurfer — ready to surf the roads of the USA. During non peak seasons, Station Managers and stations team may be utilized to support roadsurfer Customer Success Team with on road support via calls or emails.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar is strongly desired.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a managerial role — car rental, tourism, or hospitality preferred.
  • A data-driven mindset: you're comfortable reading KPIs, spotting trends, and making decisions backed by numbers.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of OSHA, Microsoft Office and wage & hour labor laws.
  • Experience leading and building high-performance teams.
  • Resilient problem-solving abilities and highly organized.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Must be 21+ with a valid in‑state driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must complete OSHA certifications within 90 days of hire.
  • Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
  • Must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and Healthcare Reimbursement
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Opportunities for career advancement within the organization
  • Annual Camper Rental Allowance
  • Matching 401k
  • Telehealth & Teletherapy
  • PTO & Sick leave accrued as you work

Pay

Status: Full Time‑Hourly Non Exempt; Pay Band: $27‑$29

Schedule

Full‑time hourly position with open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, duplicated lines. We removed "roadsurfer cannot offer sponsorship for this position." but we kept sponsorship not available in requirements. That's fine. We also removed "Location: Las Vegas Roadsurfer is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We didn't include location anywhere; maybe we should include location as part of About the role? The posting includes location Las Vegas. It's substantive. Should we include? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include location. Where to put? Could be in About the role paragraph or a separate line. Since we have no specific section for location, we can add a sentence in About the role: "Located in Las Vegas." Or we could add a

Location: Las Vegas

but that might be a heading? Not needed. We'll embed in About the role. Also we need to include "Prior to our Vegas station opening the selected Station Manager may participate in Station Life training at one of our current locations (San Francisco, Los Angeles). Candidates must have availability to travel." That's substantive about training/travel. Should be included. Where? Could be in About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role: mention training opportunity and travel availability. Also we need to include "Why surf the wave with roadsurfer? Become part of the #roadsurferfamily and work in a company culture where you are part of an open, fast-growing team with ambitious goals and positive team spirit. We stick together and combine a brutal hands-on mentality with fun at work! It means shaping the future of outdoor travel and building an ecosystem for sustainable outdoor travel. As Station Manager, you're the captain of your ship. You'll own the day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas station — leading your team, keeping the fleet in top shape, and making sure every customer drives away as a happy roadsurfer. You'll also be someone who thrives on data: tracking quality scores, analyzing what's working, and making smart, cost-conscious decisions to keep the station performing at its best." That's about role. We'll incorporate that. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. We'll craft About the role paragraph combining those. Let's draft About the role:

Prior to the Vegas station opening, the selected Station Manager may participate in Station Life training at one of our current locations (San Francisco, Los Angeles) and must be available to travel. Join the #roadsurferfamily and work in an open, fast‑growing team with ambitious goals and positive team spirit — combining a brutal hands‑on mentality with fun at work while shaping the future of outdoor travel and building an ecosystem for sustainable outdoor travel. As Station Manager, you’re the captain of your ship, owning the day‑to‑day operations of the Las Vegas station: leading your team, keeping the fleet in top shape, and ensuring every customer drives away as a happy roadsurfer. You’ll also thrive on data, tracking quality scores, analyzing what’s working, and making smart, cost‑conscious decisions to keep the station performing at its best.

That captures. Now Responsibilities: we already have bullet list with subheadings inside each li. That's fine. Requirements: we have bullet list. Benefits: bullet list. Pay: we have p. Schedule: p. Check for any duplicated content: we have "Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs." appears in Requirements and Schedule. That's okay; it's substantive in both contexts. Could we avoid duplication? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in original. But we might want to avoid repeating same sentence twice. However it's present in both sections originally: under Requirements (open availability...) and also schedule info
