Responsibilities
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them
- Effectively utilize our CRM and DMS system to improve the customer experience
- Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coincide with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Requirements
- Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts
- 1-3 years’ sales experience, ideally within our industry
- Ability to work in a team environment and help other team members
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
