RV Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to the sales team.
• Order supplies and equipment for the store as needed.
• Communicate with customers on post-sale follow-up and send out GM letters.
• Review deals prior to OM to assist in checking for accuracy.
• Answer phones and greet incoming customers.
• Process coach logs, new unit and transfer arrivals.
• Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by a supervisor.
• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments, and assist with inventory management.
• Plan and implement product presentations, including signage and pricing.
• Promptly display new products and dispose of discontinued products in accordance with the markdown program.
• May balance daily receipts, record cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• May cross-train to perform other duties.

Requirements

• Two years of Coordinator experience.
• Familiarity or general knowledge of the RV industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are a must.
• Proficiency in Outlook and all Microsoft programs will be required.
• Ability to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.

Pay

$70,000–$75,000
