Responsibilities
- Advising customers about benefits of our programs
- Assisting with requests for covered benefits
- Aiding with enrollment and renewals
- Directing customers to the department that can best assist them
- Front ending technical assistance calls
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of RV’s and roadside assistance
