RV Service Advisor

About the role

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking an RV Service Advisor to join our Missoula team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive, powersports, marine, truck, heavy equipment, collision repair, or RV service environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians
• Create and manage repair orders and service appointments
• Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair services
• Recommend additional services and repairs using a low-pressure, customer-focused approach
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Cookordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and management
• Manage and sell extended service contracts and warranty products
• Inspect completed repairs and ensure quality standards are met
• Notify customers when repairs are completed and ready for pickup
• Review completed repairs, services performed, and associated costs with customers
• Resolve minor customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that meet dealership standards
• Keep the Service Manager informed of ongoing customer issues and department opportunities
• Adhere to dealership policies regarding customer vehicle care and operation

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service, Sales, or Service Department experience preferred
• Automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports, Heavy Equipment, Trucking, or Collision Repair experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays on rotation Overtime as needed

Compensation

Salary + Commission Top performers earn over $100,000 annually
