Auto Service Advisor

About the role

Full‑time Auto Service Advisor responsible for ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service at Nashville Toyota North.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide a friendly, professional welcome.
• Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection and identify mechanical issues.
• Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Provide constant updates on price estimates, timeframes, and any changes.
• Relay details of work performed and amounts due.
• Conduct follow‑up with customers regarding service questionnaires.
• Respond promptly to customer questions or concerns, seeking expert assistance when needed.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of vehicle repair work.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.

Pay

Competitive salary range: $65,000 – $120,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
