- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including “nothing turns on” to “everything flickers like a haunted house.”
- Fix plumbing problems.
- Handle sewer challenges.
Qualifications
- Solid skills in electrical, plumbing, and general repair.
- A positive attitude and a cool head when things get messy.
- The ability to talk guests off a ledge when their AC stops on a 95° day.
