Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Follows set up and break down process efficiently.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post events product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Understands the importance of maintaining equipment.
• Maintains location appearance guidelines.
• Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Interacts with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the content of the menu.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to follow set up and break down process efficiently.
