Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Follows set up and break down process efficiently.
- Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
- Performs post events product inventory and restocks as needed.
- Understands all event paperwork and reports.
- Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Understands the importance of maintaining equipment.
- Maintains location appearance guidelines.
- Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
- Interacts with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Completes side work as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the content of the menu.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to follow set up and break down process efficiently.
