Rumble Team

About the role

You will meet a certain amount of production daily. You will be required to rotate rack-loading positions on the rumble machine at Plant 3 & 4. You will examine each rack for quality, including ensuring there are no broken brick or boards and that voids are in the correct position.

Requirements

• Must meet a certain amount of production daily
• Must be willing to cross train
• Have the ability to work unsupervised
• Have the ability to work as a team player
• Be flexible to work in other departments when needed
• Keep a clean work area (work area on the platform must be cleaned daily)
• Have the skill to exercise caution around moving machinery

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. constantly
• Must be able to twist, bend and stoop frequently
• Will require repetitive motions
• Must be able to pick up brick from floor level frequently
• Hardhat, safety glasses, earplugs and steel toe shoes are required
