About the role

RubinBrown is seeking professionals with experience in one or more of the following services:

• Assurance Services: Financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, public company and capital formation services and mergers and acquisitions services.
• Consulting Services: Business improvement, fraud and forensics, information technology risk, litigation and risk services.
• Entrepreneurial Services: Start-up services, analyzing cash flow and cash management, outsourcing of accounting services and preparation and/or review of payroll tax filings.
• Tax Services: Individual, corporate, and partnership tax planning, and state and local income and sales/use tax planning.
• Wealth Advisory Services: Helping clients identify, prioritize, and achieve their financial goals and objectives by integrating income taxes, estate taxes, financial planning, risk management and investment management needs, all in one place, throughout their lifetimes.
• Investment Banking Services: Providing M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory services to middle-market privately held and family-owned companies.

Qualifications

While we value diverse backgrounds and experiences, applicants should have a strong foundation in accounting, finance, or related fields.

Skills

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
