CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Lead ROV operations and supervise the team.
• Conduct daily project meetings, scheduling, and port call arrangements.
• Interface with vessel master, marine crew, and sub-contractors.
• Oversee project preparations, documentation, and safety planning.
• Ensure safe and efficient ROV operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Liaise with clients, manage reporting, and maintain offshore records.
• Approve sub-contractor reports and ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant offshore ROV supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical knowledge of ROV systems, emergency repairs, and maintenance.
• Leadership experience in offshore environments.
• Offshore certification: Basic Safety-VCA, BOSIET (or equivalent).
• Valid offshore medical certificate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Must hold a UK work permit or be a UK national.
