As a Route Service Delivery Driver, you will provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis.
• Adhere to safety policies, including the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status.
• Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image while meeting each customer’s individual preferences for product delivery.
• Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts, including cash and receipts.
• Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership.
• Act as a team player by supporting team decisions and assisting others when needed.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process.
• Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day.
• Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
• Must possess a clean driving record, defined as:
  • In the last 3 years, only one license.
  • No driving-related suspension(s), revocation, or cancellation.
  • No disqualifying offenses.
  • No more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents.
  • In the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.

Pay

$27.76 per hour + customer tips (paid weekly).

Schedule

Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs). Start time between 6 am - 7 am until workload is completed.
