CDL Drivers

Responsibilities

• Transport freight between Dallas/Fort Worth and El Paso safely and efficiently
• Complete dedicated route assignments while maintaining DOT compliance
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation of loads
• Adhere to all company safety standards and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Ability to pass DOT Physical and DOT Verification of Employment
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company hiring standards
• Must successfully pass PSP/STAT reports, Social Security Trace, and employment verification screenings
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service

Compensation and Benefits

• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule options:
• Solo Drivers: 2-3 loads per week, home every other night
• Team Drivers: Non-stop dedicated runs, 5-6 days per week
• Team drivers can run as many trips as available and may complete multiple runs per day
• All freight is 100% drop-and-hook
• Salary:
• Solo Drivers: $0.68 per mile
• Team Drivers: $0.80 per mile
• Annual earning potential: $85,000 - $115,000+ based on consistency and availability
• Equipment:
• Mileage drivers operate sleeper cabs
• Team drivers keep moving with non-stop operations
