Route Sales Representative - Training Provided
About the role
This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route. After paid training, you'll service customers from Everett to the Canadian border, running route and service calls. You will be restocking chemical products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and building strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

Requirements
This position is meant for you to train as a Route Sales Representative and eventually get your own set route with your own customers. This is a great role for someone who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer service environment. If you enjoy working independently, working hands on solving problems, and building relationships with customers, this would be a great fit!
Benefits
- Annual pay range is $63-$65k annually with hourly rate of $24/hr with overtime and on call bonuses.
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, typical work week of 42-45 hours.
- On-call rotation: Roughly every 6-8 weeks.
