About the role
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
Responsibilities
- Drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, unloading orders, merchandising product, and partnering with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
- Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members.
- Experience different stores and meet new customers.
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
- Operate 24 hours a day, working weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
- Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay
\$70,400 per year target earnings, plus a $2,000 retention bonus paid within one year of employment (based on performance & eligibility).
Schedule
Our jobs are physical and may involve working weekends and holidays. We operate 24 hours a day.
