Fresh. Forward. Flowers. Flowers Foods, Inc. is a leading producer of packaged bakery goods, bringing wholesome and artisanal flavors to consumers across the country. As a Route Sales Representative (RSR), you'll play a crucial role in delivering our products to customers and building strong relationships.
- Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Expand shelf space, display in-store promotions, and maximize product shelf life
- Use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth
- Work flexible schedules, including early morning start times and non-traditional business hours
- Adaptability and flexibility are essential for servicing accounts during designated service windows
- Prior experience as a delivery driver is beneficial
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
- Meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Follow best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company-paid training)
- Able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Salary Range
Annual compensation is between $70,000 – $85,000, which includes a base hourly wage plus commission.
