About the role

A Route Manager at Suburban Supply is responsible for managing a designated group of restaurant and hospitality accounts, performing necessary repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial dish machines
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Monitor and place chemical (soap) orders to prevent customer run-outs
• Monitor and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Maintenance experience, including electrical/mechanical skills
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Customer service experience in the service/restaurant/hospitality sector preferred

Pay

$60,000 per year, with a base salary of $50,000 and a training commission of $10,000.

Schedule

Route Managers are on-call 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month, with the possibility of working one weekend every 5 weeks.
