Role Overview: The Route Coverage Specialist provides exceptional service by covering delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Learn and operate multiple routes, delivering garments and products safely and efficiently.Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions and clear communication.Resolve customer requests independently, maintaining satisfaction and loyalty.Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.Follow safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies.Support route operations, assist with new account setups, rerouting, collections, and upselling.Communicate customer feedback and market insights to leadership. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.Meet DOT requirements, including a physical exam.High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or delivery experience preferred.Tech-savvy with physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.Strong customer service, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
