About the role

We are seeking skilled and upbeat Servers to join our team at The Round Barn Public House.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service in a fun and casual pub eatery setting.
• Work in a team environment and handle stressful situations or multitask when needed.
• Ensure the pace of service is maintained throughout the guest's entire visit and seek assistance as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu options, changes, POS systems, and required training courses.
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience is ideal but not required.
• Have some customer service experience and be 18 years or older.
• Have a positive attitude and worked in a team environment before.
• Be able to handle stressful situations or multitask when needed.
• Be able to list up to 25 pounds.
