Round Barn Estates Server

About the role

We are seeking some skilled and upbeat Servers to join our team at the Round Barn Estes in providing our guests with exceptional service in a fun outdoor winery setting. Previous serving experience is ideal but not required; however, you must have some customer service experience and be 18 years or older. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

Responsibilities

• Have a positive attitude and worked in a team environment before
• Be able to handle stressful situations when these arise or multitask when needed while delivering a fine dining experience to your guest.
• Ensure that the pace of service is kept throughout the guest's entire visit with us and knowing when to seek assistance from peers or your manager as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on all aspects of menu options, changes, POS systems, and other required training courses as needed.
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers & additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
