About the role

Your role in creating GeronimoMents involves serving customers, extending excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will take customers' food and beverage orders, assist with setting and rearranging tables, ensure cleanliness, handle payments accurately, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain a positive and engaging demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and beverage orders
• Aid in setting and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service areas
• Accurately receive and process payments from guests
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and knowledgeably
• Promote a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the dining experience
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, counting change)
• Legible handwriting and strong customer service and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• One year server experience
• Mandatory requirement: MICROS and Square POS Systems

Skills

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask effectively. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also essential.

Pay

$5.25 - $7.50 per hour

Schedule

Hours may vary based on business needs, but typically range from 2 to 12 hours per week.
