Rotational Program - Farris

Program Highlights

• Opportunities to rotate within the Supply Chain and Operations discipline, including on-site roles (at least one rotation required onsite).
• Cross-functional learning across Supply Chain and Operations.
• Networking with all Functions—Engineering, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Assignment of a peer mentor and on-the-job coach.
• Project training and completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules.
• Prepare production plans and material requirements lists in accordance with the Master Production Schedule for products, proposal efforts, and/or production processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality, and other departments to optimize facility utilization and meet production schedules.
• Provide input to management on scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes, and backlogs.
• Release and maintain all appropriate paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers, suppliers, and employees/managers at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Pay

$65,000–$70,000 annually. The salary range is a general guideline for Ohio-based positions. Final offers may vary based on candidate qualifications, relevant experience, position scope, and market/business considerations.
