What We Are Looking For

The Finance Rotational Program is seeking innovative, ambitious, and dedicated employees. This program exposes participants to various financial functions including FP&A, Accounting, Strategy, and Treasury over a two-year period, with rotations of approximately six months in each area. Opportunities to gain experience in Tax, Investment Accounting, and Internal Audit are also available.

What You Will Learn

• Ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and maintaining cash flow.
• Presenting key metrics in a clear and concise manner, tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Keeping track of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may influence the market landscape.
• Using market insights and business data to project future trends, guide strategic decisions, and align business objectives with market opportunities.
• Tracking and forecasting cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Ensuring cash records, bank statements, and financial accounts are frequently and accurately reconciled to detect discrepancies and maintain accurate reporting.
• Keeping thorough and standardized formats for submitted detailed financial and operational data.

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial insights and collaborating with different teams.
• Interest in the finance industry and a desire to build a diverse set of finance skills.
