The UWM Rotational Program offers comprehensive exposure across multiple departments within UWM, tailored for professionals seeking new opportunities or early career individuals with strong leadership and innovation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Rotation Assignments in 20+ key departments such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and more.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to departmental projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
  • Performance Feedback: Engage in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions to enhance program effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand different business units, processes, and strategies.
  • Skill Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, presentations, and professional development opportunities to enhance technical and leadership abilities.
  • Mentorship and Networking: Connect and build relationships with program mentors, senior leaders, and peers to gain insight and guidance.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present findings; create reports based on assigned projects, tasks, and recommendations to department heads and senior leaders.
  • Supporting the Engagement team in various capacities for large company events like the UWM Rally, annual Kid’s Day, and more.
