Rotational Operations Leadership Program
About the role
The Program is designed for ambitious individuals who want to grow fast and contribute meaningfully to a rapidly expanding fintech company. Participants will have the opportunity to own real work and learn how a whole business operates through rotations across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Fraud: Build detection logic, investigate patterns, and sharpen defenses against financial crime.
- Treasury: Manage liquidity, track flows, and help run the global money-movement infrastructure.
- Analytics: Turn data into decisions, build dashboards, and surface insights that shape operations.
- Legal: Navigate regulation, support compliance, and build commercial and operational judgement.

- Experience in finance, technology, or related fields.

Skills
