Rotation Assistant I PT - Fine Arts

17 hours per week

Requirements

• One year of experience working in a classroom setting
• One of the following:
  • Associate’s degree
  • 48 semester hours from an accredited college
  • Passed the ParaPro assessment
• Experience as a licensed educator preferred
• Experience in PE, STEM, or Fine Arts preferred
• Completion of an online classroom management training provided within the first 30 calendar days of employment

Responsibilities

Serve as an Art Rotation Aide, supporting classroom activities and instruction.

Pay

• Rotation Assistant I – Lane 3 salary schedule
• Rotation Assistant II – Lane 4 salary schedule
  • Eligibility: one year as a Rotation Assistant I plus 20 hours of advanced training in PE, STEM, or Fine Arts (provided by the Teaching & Learning department; optional)
• Rotation Assistant III – Lane 5 salary schedule
  • Eligibility: current or former licensed teacher
