Rotary Die Cut Operator Assistant (Apstar)

About the role

The Rotary Die Cut Operator Assistant position is available for a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. This position may require overtime and is a safety-sensitive role. The wage range for this position is $20.19-$27.31/hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Understand job ticket information to determine quantity, stock specifications, colors, special printing instructions and any special customer requirements
• Fill containers of cleaning solvents, water, fountain solution and ink as needed
• Absorb and communicate with the operator when problems come up on the delivery end
• Absorb and assist with decisions regarding the quality of finished product
• Complete required quality inspections and paperwork
• Palletize stacks of finished product on ski
• Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of machine as necessary
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

Pay
