About the Role
Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team. Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest quality of resident care is provided that is consistent with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, including training, scheduling, mentoring, and serving as a support between caregivers, nursing, and management.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and all team members.
- Serve as shift lead, ensuring all services and medication administration are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide mentorship and serve as a resource providing guidance and problem-solving support.
- Provide training for all new hires with strict adherence to policy and procedure.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Assisted Living experience as a Home Health Aide/CNA.
- Must have an interest in teaching and working with new home health aides and orienting staff to the community.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
