Description
Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate CNA/HHA to join our growing team. Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. We are proud to help seniors Age Magnificently by creating a warm, welcoming environment focused on dignity, engagement, and personalized support.
Shifts Available
- Full Time/Part Time PM (3pm-11pm)
- Part Time (11pm-7am)
- every other weekend included
HHA Wage
$17-$22 per hour
CNA Wage
$19-$24 per hour
Shift Differential
- $1 PM
- $2 Overnight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

About the Role
In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- Caring for residents with their personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
- Aiding in medication administration.
