ROP/CTE Teacher, EMT (Emergency Response)

Requirements

• CTE Credential in the area of Public Safety, or qualify for this credential based on three (3) years of full-time (paid or unpaid) industry experience (or a combination of applicable college credits and industry experience), as well as a high school diploma. Specific credential information.
• If you do not have an English Learner Authorization, you will be required to apply for an emergency/waiver permit with the CTC as a condition of employment. During the first year of employment, you must earn the English Learner Authorization certificate by coursework, exam, or a combination of both. El Waiver details.
• Costs for the preliminary CTC credential, emergency permit, and coursework/exams are the employee’s responsibility.

• Three professional letters of recommendation from immediate supervisors, signed and dated within the past two years
• Copy of CTE Credential and transcripts

Pay

Hourly rate: $49.00 - $63.00, dependent on experience.
