Emergency Response EMT

About the role

We are seeking Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Perform activities such as applying splints, administering oxygen or IVs, treating minor wounds, and artificial resuscitation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Operate ambulances safely in accordance with company policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate professionally with health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to enhance community relations and company image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Validated state certification as an Advanced EMT
• CPR/BLS certifications
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass physical agility tests
• Some healthcare experience preferred

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $21.23 per hour.
