EMT - Emergency Response

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency medical services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
• Perform procedures such as splinting, oxygen administration, IV treatments, wound care, and artificial resuscitation.
• Create a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Operate ambulance safely in accordance with policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate professionally with health and public safety personnel and colleagues.
• Participate in community programs to promote positive relations and enhance the organization's image.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• State Driver’s License and certification as an Advanced EMT
• CPR/BLS certifications
• Clean driving record
• Physical agility and some healthcare experience preferred
