Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you'll work alongside our RN Educator as the EMT-level counterpart, partnering with operations leadership, Field Training Officers, Medical Direction, and QA/QM to make sure every EMT is trained to the same high, consistent standard. This role suits someone who's sharp in the field, patient in the classroom, and enjoys building systems that make good training repeatable.

- Teach and validate clinical skills. Run hands-on skills stations and realistic scenarios covering patient assessment, airway, BLS resuscitation, patient movement, infection prevention, and ambulance equipment
- Turn data into training. Partner with QA/QM to spot recurring clinical, documentation, or safety trends and build focused education around them
- Coach and remediate. Provide non-punitive, Just Culture-based coaching and build remediation plans when performance gaps are identified
- Roll out change. Translate new policies, protocols, and equipment into practical training, job aids, and competency sheets that field crews can actually use
- Keep education on track. Maintain an annual education calendar, track completions and trends, and keep training records accurate
Requirements
