Roofing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and low-slope roofs
• Diagnose leaks and perform hands-on repairs
• Explain issues and solutions to homeowners
• Document work using Zuper
• Guide and train 1–2 team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of roofing experience: shingle & metal required; low-slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus!
• Strong diagnostics and repair skills
• Professional communication with homeowners
• Able to lead a small crew and work independently
• Physically able to climb, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights
• Valid IN or MI driver’s license

Pay

$35 - $45/hour
