Building Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responds to member and guest needs contributing to building safety and security.
• Builds relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA.
• Promotes positive interactions between members.
• Assists all areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Responsibility and integrity are a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience required.
• Fun, friendly, flexible individual.
• Willing to work as a team player.
