Construction Manager - Building
About the role
Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out
- Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
- Cook up updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
- Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
- Ability to travel :30%

Pay
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $135,000 -$170,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
