About the role

As a Roofing Sales Team Lead, you will help a team of Sales Representatives succeed. You won’t be responsible for selling your own jobs; instead, you’ll be in the field training, coaching, and working alongside your team to help them sell more and improve their skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Sales Representatives
• Work alongside reps in the field to improve their sales skills
• Attend insurance adjuster appointments
• Scope roofs and complete job documentation
• Coach reps through opportunities from prospecting to signed contract
• Track team performance and hold reps accountable
• Help build a motivated, high-performing sales team

Requirements

• Proven roofing sales experience
• Strong understanding of storm restoration and insurance claims
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop salespeople
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competitive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Annual base pay plus earnings based on team sales: $120,000–$180,000.
